Stateline Community Foundation Scholarship Funds originated at Beloit Memorial High School and have expanded to benefit other Stateline Area high schools and now, non-traditional students.

These funds provide thousands of dollars in scholarships every year to students from Beloit Memorial High School, Clinton Community High School, F.J. Turner High School, Hononegah High School, Rock County Christian School, South Beloit High School, and Blackhawk Technical College.

  • Scholarships open December 1 –  February 1 each year. Applications received after that date will not be considered.

All applications must be submitted online by 5 pm of the deadline date, February 1, 2018. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered. The recommendation letters and transcripts are due by 5 pm on February 8, 2018. (You will receive an e-mail confirming SCF has received your scholarship application that will include a link for your transcripts and recommendation letters. The scholarship committee will review all eligible applications. Candidates will be scored based on the quality of the overall application. You will be notified by e-mail by the end of April regarding your application status. )

The names of recipients of scholarships administered by the Stateline Community Foundation are listed in the organization’s annual report, on the website, and may be included in other promotional materials.

Recipients will be expected to attend the Scholarship Luncheon on May 19, 2018.

All scholarship awards will be paid to the accredited institution upon receipt of:

  • A thank you letter addressed to the donor of the Scholarship.
  • Student ID number
  • Name, address and phone number of accredited institution

Payment of multi-year awards requires the receipt of certified transcripts. Further information may be required of specific scholarships. Payments will be for the original scholarship amount only.

  • Student Aid Report from the FAFSA (if required)
  • School transcript (incoming freshman only)
  • ACT or SAT

Set Up Your Account

  • If you forget your password, click on the trouble signing in link for the recover password button. If you are locked out of your account, wait one hour and try again. If you need help, contact tammy@statelinecf.com or (608) 362-4228.
  • Once your application is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive an email check you junk folder. If there isn’t a confirmation email, you will need to log in and check the status of your application. Please contact us if you have any questions.
  • Ensure all uploaded documents are pdfs, can be opened and viewed.
