Donald Petrick Purple Rabbit Scholarship

Donald Petrick graduated from Beloit Memorial High School in 1942. He was an outstanding distance runner, thus nicknamed the Purple Rabbit. During World War II, he served in the United States Marine Corp from 1942 to 1946. It is in his name that this scholarship is given.

Criteria:

• A senior at Beloit Memorial High School
• Has demonstrated good citizenship while at school and in the community
• Participation in cross-country or track preferred
