Reverend Kermit R. and Helen May Olsen Scholarship

Reverend Kermit Olsen was a long-time minister of the First Baptist Church of Beloit. Reverend Olsen was a strong believer in education and encouraged young people to get as much education as possible. It is in his and his wife’s name that this scholarship is given.

Criteria:

• A senior at Beloit Memorial High School
• Has demonstrated good citizenship while at school and in the community
• Preference given to financial need   (You must include a copy of the page from your SAR that shows your EFC or Estimated EFC)
• Has attained at least a 2.75 GPA by the end of your first semester of your senior year
