HealthNet of Rock County Receives $10,000 Grant

Stateline Community Foundation is proud to announce HealthNet of Rock County, Inc.  has been awarded a $10,000 grant to support diabetes management education, helping to improve health literacy among the uninsured and low income at risk Beloit patients for which they serve.

HealthNet of Rock County is a free and charitable clinic serving Rock County individuals who are low-income, uninsured, or underinsured for services like dental or vision.
