This program combines several funding opportunities in one application, allowing applicants to apply for multiple programs at once.

Who is eligible to apply?
Organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code providing services to the Stateline Area are eligible to apply.
What is the Foundation’s service area?
Beloit, Clinton, Orfordville, Rockton, Roscoe, and South Beloit. We will also consider programs providing support to residents of these communities.
What does The Foundation support?
The Community Foundation encourages innovative proposals addressing current and emerging needs, collaboration among agencies, and capacity building.
What doesn’t the Foundation support?
We cannot consider funding outside our service area, debt reduction, fundraising, or research/travel grants. With limited resources the Foundation should not be relied on for ongoing operating funds. As a 501(c)3, the Foundation cannot support political efforts.
How and when are grant decisions made?
Final decisions are made by the Foundation’s board of directors. The grant schedule above contains application and decisions dates. .
