John and Joan Perrigo Technical School Scholarship Fund

John and Joan Perrigo were a couple who truly believed in giving their time and talent to the communities they loved.

The Perrigo’s were married for 54 years and raised their four children, Sandra, Jeffrey, Scott, and Todd in Beloit.

The Perrigo’s were the owners of Lakeside Fusee Corporation and Western Container Corporation.

In their free time they enjoyed sailing, flying, attending the EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh, tennis, and their beloved cats.

This scholarship has been created to help students attain a degree and skill from a technical school.

Scholarship Award Criteria

  • Graduating high school seniors, current undergraduate students, and all non­traditional students wishing to attend Blackhawk Technical College
  • Local residency is not a factor
  • All study focus areas are eligible
  • Financial need is not required
  • Prior recipients may re-apply
