Richard Thomas (Tom) Nightingale Memorial Fund

The Richard Thomas (Tom) Nightingale Memorial Fund is to honor our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend to many, by helping to fund others to have as beautiful, dignified, comfortable and meaningful passing as he did at the Agrace Hospice, Janesville, Wisconsin. The gift of creating this fund is given, in love, by Tom’s family in hopes that others will receive the extraordinary end of life care Tom received at Agrace. It is with the deepest gratitude, and loving memory of Tom, that we help Agrace extend this gift to others.
