Stateline Community Foundation Student Scholarships

  • Application and attachments are due no later than midnight on Monday February 20, 2012

Instructions:


Review the eligibility criteria for each scholarship. Do not apply for scholarships for which you do not qualify.

Please use the online application submission form below. To save time, before you begin be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Your name, contact information, date of birth, race/ethnicity
  • Which scholarship(s) you are applying for
  • Are you a first generation to attend college
  • High schools attended
  • Parent/Guardian name
  • Your GPA
  • Number in graduating class
  • Scholastic class ranking
  • ACT and/or SAT scores
  • Any honors received
  • What future occupations you are considering
  • Submit an original essay of no more than 500 words about how a SCF scholarship would impact your future (pdf, MS Word doc or simple text document)
  • Your resume (pdf, MS Word doc or simple text document)
  • Your senior picture (pdf, jpg, gif or png format)

Once submitted online you will receive confirmation via the email address you provide.

IMPORTANT: Not all required information will be captured via the online submission form. Several items will need to be mailed in a single packet. Those items include:

  1. Completed checklist - click here.
  2. Official transcript in a sealed envelope
  3. Two letters of recommendation (non-family) - click here.
  4. Student Aid Report (SAR) obtained from FAFSA (www.fafsa.ed.gov )
  5. Any additional documentation required of a specific scholarship
  6. Any information you were unable to submit vie the online form for whatever reason.
  7. NOTE: Do not staple your application materials. Please use paperclips only

  • Which occupations are you considering for your life's work, and why?
  • Provide a brief essay (500 words or less) about how a Stateline Community Foundation scholarship would impact your future.
